The "Request Quote Approval" workflow names specific users. But when those users go OOO, we need to be able to easily send their approval requests to a backup.

As a CRO/RevOps/Sales Leader, I'd like to be able to review quotes that need approval from a single list in HubSpot, like this page: https://app.hubspot.com/quotes/ rather than have to receive an email and follow that URL for every quote that needs approval.

Before they go on PTO or is OOO, a user should be able to specify a backup for approvals they receive.

Only send quotes through approvals processes if they meet certain criteria — exceed a certain deal amount, sold to a particular country, etc.
