quote•hapily supports a single taxable location today. We have multiple taxable locations, and need to be able to reflect that in order to get accurate quotes.

Reps add discounts to line items and one-time discounts to the quote. quote•hapily should calculate the TOTAL discounts applied and represent them as a percentage and as an absolute amount — and allow rules to use those amounts.
